The Nature Explore Classroom at

The Geneva Children’s Center outdoor classroom is a unique little place nestled in Laguna woods.

The layout of the yard made for a perfect outdoor classroom since teachers are able to see the children from all parts of the yard. The outdoor classroom was designed with children and staff in mind. There is nothing more special than seeing the children’s faces light up when they see new spaces added or changed in the outdoor classroom. The Children love playing with the water, building rivers and making mud pies.

The outdoor classroom is such a great addition to our school as it not only helps enrollment, but it also helps the children have a life long love for nature. We hope to continue to improve our outdoor classroom by replacing our pergola, adding a grass area and adding more planter boxes.
