The Nature Explore Classroom at

Our outdoor classroom is very special to us! It allows the children to explore, play, learn, and grow in ways they have not experienced before or may be limited on. We get messy, we collaborate, and more importantly, we play without limitations.

The children take more risks and have found confidence in themselves through engaging in our nature classroom activities. For years I have wanted to implement nature learning into my program, and I am so happy to see this dream come to life.

What makes us unique is all the handcrafted pieces throughout our space, all thanks to local companies. I’d like to thank my husband for his support and hard work in creating the classroom. Without him, I don’t know if this would have been possible. Thank you as well to all the families past and present who support and believe in Backyard Adventures.
