The Nature Explore Classroom at
Discovery Clubhouse – Harrison
Discovery Clubhouse – Harrison is located on the East bench of the Wasatch mountain range in Northern Utah. At almost 4500 ft in elevation, we are all about enjoying the most of every season of the year! We are in a 2-mile radius of Weber State University and Mckay Dee Hospital and about 5 miles away from the Hill Airforce Base. We have a very wide range of multicultural families due to the area we are in and we believe that our extremely inclusive program needed this Nature Explore Outdoor classroom to help elevate that even more.
Under our umbrella corporation that is Northstar Preschools Operations LLC. we strive to be a very nature inspired center incorporating nature in any way that we can, therefore we knew that creating this Nature Explore Outdoor classroom was a great addition to our program. Many of our families helped donate time and materials to the project whether it be pallets, tires, or even just tips and tricks for gardening. We plan to keep adding to and perfecting the space to fit every child’s personal needs, big and small. Our team is so excited about how this classroom has turned out and we cant wait to see what else we can do with this space!
