Kinderberry Hill Minneapolis

 

This year the children continue to enjoy the outdoor classroom and all it has to offer! We are hearing children come in very excited for their outdoor classroom day! Teachers have enjoyed offering much messy play activities and the children happily spend hours outside within our Minneapolis city skyline during the week.

This year, one of our favorite additions has been an old kitchen sink from our school kitchen remodel! It is now one of our favoirte pieces for messy, dramatic and sensory play! We’ve added more PVC pipes and fittings. The children have LOVED exploring these materials and creating large structures. We continue to keep our authentic kitchen items in the mud kitchen fresh and interesting. Also, not sure if we have shared our new mural addition to bring a little colorful nature to our urban space! We are looking forward to enjoying this space this fall and cannot wait to start our winter garden again!
